A pre-launch page can show a screen or it can show the truth. We are not going to dress an earlier version of this app in the language of the current one and call it a preview, so this sheet describes the surface plainly and the plates go up when they are the real thing.
What is on the screen
- Four sheets and nothing else: reasons, warning signs, people to call, the next right action.
- The plan opens to whichever sheet you last needed, not to a dashboard.
- No number is counted, no streak is kept, and nothing congratulates you.
- The list of people carries the hour they are reachable and the sentence you decided to open with.
- Export to a file you send yourself, if and when you want a clinician to read it.
What is deliberately absent
No feed, no cohort, no badges, no confetti, no notification designed to bring you back for our sake. Nothing on the screen names a substance, and nothing announces itself on a phone other people occasionally hold.
